The well-known Apple leaker, Shrimp Apple Pro, recently shared CAD images on Twitter that offer a glimpse of what the iPhone 15 Pro would look like after all these changes, indicating that the model will undergo significant rebuilding, while standard models might not receive all of the upgrades. The sketches depict a solid-state volume button that may use Apple’s Taptic Engine to provide haptic feedback, and a new mute button instead of the conventional mute lever, suggesting a significant design change.

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reveals that the Pro variations of the iPhone 15 series are expected to feature the brand-new A17 Bionic chipset, which could be produced utilizing cutting-edge 3nm process technology. He further notes that the A17 Bionic Processor will be exclusively available in both Pro and Pro Max variants. Furthermore, there are variations of Pro that come with titanium frames instead of stainless steel and curved bezels.

Taiwanese research firm TrendForce claims that the iPhone 15 Pro models may include 8GB RAM, up from the 6GB found in the iPhone 14 Pro models. It’s important to note that Apple has not yet publicly confirmed any information regarding the iPhone 15 series, and all of the details are still merely rumors and speculation.
